Refund policy

Every meter of fabric and every piece of product supplied by Fabric Pandit goes through a strict quality check process ensuring non-defective, undamaged and correct measurements of the product.

Return and Replacement Policy

  • Want to return a product?
    Good Product Return – You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. All products are returnable except Fabrics under 5 meters, Masks and Padmates due to being pre-cut and hygiene products. You may place a request for return on the website or exchange by sending us an email at help@fabricpandit.com or Whatsapp us on 0261-6770775 with your order number in subject. The company shall accept for the return request only if it feels the request to be genuine and there is a genuine problem faced by a customer.

    Once return request has been placed with the Customer Experience Team, it usually takes 2 - 3 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 - 10 days to initiate coupon code after successful product inspection by quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Only the product value will be issued in the coupon code. Any shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be issued back.

    In any unlikely case, if the products cannot be collected, we may ask you to send it via your local courier and you will be issued refund for the cost of courier upon the invoice provided. Refund will be issued within 5 - 7 days upon return of the product back to us.

  • Defective or Damaged (Return / Replacement)? In any rare case, if you wish to return or replace full or partial order because of any defect in the product, you may place a request for return on the website or exchange by sending us an email at help@fabricpandit.com with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric / product along with the pictures of outer packaging where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order.
    Please Note - At Company’s discretion, we will arrange return or replace full or partial product.

    We shall arrange pick up of the damaged or defective product free of cost from your original address. In any unlikely case, if the products cannot be collected, we may ask you to send it via your local courier and send us the receipt and we will issue you the refund for the courier charge as well. Refund will be issued within 5 - 7 days upon return of the product back to us.

    Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. We will have the replacement arranged or the coupon code issued as per the agreement with the customer. Only the product value will be issued in the coupon code. Any shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be issued back.
  • Replacement / Exchange Availability? Any replacement shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the fabric in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned order/products.

Damaged or defective products covers below issues:

  • Significant difference in colour, print or texture of the product.
  • The fabric or product is torn or uneven or not woven properly will be considered damaged.

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Products

  • Masks – As masks are safety and hygiene products, they cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect product.
  • Fabrics – The Fabrics ordered are cut accordingly to your order and so are unreturnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • Cut Pieces & Blouse Pieces - These Fabrics are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • PadMate - As Padmate again are a safety and hygiene products, they cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect product.
  • Products bought in Sale

Please Note – The product to return should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and should be returned in its original condition and packaging, the tags should be intact. (The products should be uncut as set)

Coupon Code

  • How will I get my Coupon Code? All the coupon code will be processed & sent to the customer via email / whatsapp or SMS.
  • Coupon Code Processing Duration? The coupon code is issued within 24 - 48 hours once the product is received back at the warehouse in its original condition.

    Cancellations

    • How can I cancel my order? You have the right to cancel an order at any point before it is shipped. You must notify us in writing of your intention to cancel an order by contacting us at +912616770777 or email on help@fabricpandit.com and quoting your order details. If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel it, we will be issuing refund less the delivery charge. If the Order has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund, usually within 1-2 days.


    Please Note - Refund will be credited back into the original mode of payment for prepaid orders which will be reflecting in your account within 7 – 10 days from the time of refund issued from our end. For COD orders, there will be no refund as there is no payment made.

    • At our company discretion, we reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. You will be contacted by our customer service team to get additional information required. Based upon that, we will decide if your order will be cancelled or processed.
    • The shipping address or contact details of your order can be amended before the order has been packed and dispatched by contacting us on +912616770777

    Please Note:

    • For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
    • Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
