These are certified 100% pure linen plain fabrics in a fine 60 LEA count, woven 58 inches wide. Soft, breathable and beautifully fluid, they come in a wide range of solid colours from pastels like Dusty Rose and Pastel Lilac to Light Grey and Placid Blue. Sold by the metre, they suit shirts, kurtas and dresses.

Every plain linen in this collection is woven 58 inches wide. That generous width means a single 1.6-metre piece is enough for a full-sleeve shirt, while roughly 2.5 metres covers a kurta. The 58-inch width also keeps seams to a minimum when cutting trousers or a dress.

60 LEA refers to the yarn fineness, and a higher LEA count means finer, lighter linen, so 60 LEA is a smooth shirting-weight cloth. These fabrics weigh around 185 gsm, light and breathable enough for summer shirts, dresses and everyday kurtas rather than heavy trousers or upholstery.

Care is simple: hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean, and avoid bleach. Line or shade dry and iron warm while the fabric is slightly damp. Being 100% natural linen, it softens beautifully with every wash, and a slight relaxing of the weave is normal.
